Process
Every project follows the same structured approach. We don't skip steps, and we don't discover problems after the walls are closed. The process is how we maintain quality at every job — regardless of size.
We start by understanding what you're actually trying to accomplish — not by recommending equipment. This means asking the right questions about how the space is used, what problems exist today, and what a successful outcome looks like. If the project isn't a good fit, we'll say so here.
Response within one business dayWe review the space in person for larger or more complex projects and design a system that fits the building and the goals. For new construction, this happens during the pre-wire phase when decisions are still easy to make. Scope is defined before anything is ordered.
Scope defined before equipment is selectedFor new construction or remodels, all cabling is run and terminated during the framing phase — before walls close. Pathways are coordinated with the electrical contractor. Every run is documented and labeled from day one.
Coordinated with electrical scheduleEquipment is installed, configured, and tested — not just physically placed. Every system is verified end-to-end before we consider the job done. This includes Wi-Fi coverage testing, camera angle verification, AV signal validation, and smart home automation commissioning.
Tested before we leaveYou receive a documented as-built — cable schedule, equipment list, configuration notes, and anything you need to understand what was installed and how it works. We walk you through the system and answer questions before we close the job.
Fully documented at closeoutEvery job is scoped in writing before anything is touched. No open-ended estimates, no discovering the real cost mid-job.
Every run is routed cleanly, terminated properly, and labeled. Nothing gets zip-tied to a stud and called done.
